Total Mobility is a focused 30-minute reset class designed to deeply stretch and mobilise every major joint in the body. Think of it as a condensed, intelligent yoga-inspired flow — no complicated poses, just purposeful, effective movement that releases tension, improves range of motion, and gently recalibrates the nervous and endocrine systems. LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

LBT “DCG style” is a results-driven lower body blast that puts a modern, no-nonsense twist on the classic LBT format — think functional strength meets serious sculpting!
This session focuses on building strong, powerful legs, a firm, lifted bum, and a solid, stable core using real, effective compound movements that translate to everyday life (better posture, improved athleticism, easier daily tasks like climbing stairs or lifting).

STRENGTH 101

Strength 101 is your perfect gentle yet effective introduction to strength training — specially designed for absolute beginners who are new to the gym or returning after a long break. This welcoming class focuses on building confidence, learning proper form, and mastering the fundamental movement patterns that serve as the rock-solid foundation for all future progress — whether in THE GYM on your own or stepping up into more advanced classes like Hybrid Fitness or Total Fitness We keep it simple, safe, and fun — using mostly bodyweight (with light dumbbells introduced only when ready) and plenty of cueing, modifications, and encouragement every step of the way.
